Terms & Conditions

Payment

A 50% non refundable deposit of the full value of the Wedding Stationery order is required at the time of ordering, the final balance becoming payable before dispatch or collection of your Wedding Stationery. NB. Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received and cleared.

It is advisable for you to book and secure your wedding date if your wedding is more than 12 months away as Cards by Joanne quickly becomes fully booked. A Fee of £20.00* will secure your wedding date with a 50% non refundable deposit of the full order value being required 6mths before your actual wedding date and balance payable on the completion of your order.

* This is not an extra payment merely a payment to secure your wedding date and will be deducted off your full order value

Payments can be made by Cheque. In some circumstances it may be possible to spread out the cost of your payment by using the easy payment plan however your stationery order will not be dispatched until  full payment is received, please contact me for details

If the full order value is £100 or less then full payment will be required at the time of ordering.

Materials used

Due to the nature of the stationery being individually handmade and not mass produced  very slight variations may occur between items  this adds to the unique quality of the product and is not a defect.

Refunds & Cancellations

As Cards by Joanne supply handmade items which are made to your own specifications refunds can not be given, however should the items be faulty or not meet the agreed specifications then you must notify us immediately so that we can rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

In any circumstances should you need to cancel your order the £20.00 booking fee (if applicable) and  the 50% deposit is non-refundable , any completed work must be paid for in full

Proof Reading

It is your responsibility to read your proofs carefully to check for errors once you have singed and dated the confirmation slip any changes may result in further charges.

Prices

Prices are subject to change at any time however once an order has been placed the price at the time of ordering is the price you will pay.

Delivery

Your Order will take approximately 4-6 weeks from receipt of signed proofs to dispatch depending on our workload

If your order requires delivery a signature will be required by the carrier P&P charges will be notified on your final invoice or at time of your enquiry .

Cards by Joanne can not be held responsible for loss or damage during transit

Privacy

Any persoanl details held on record are for Cards by Joannes usage only and will not be passed onto any 3rd party unless required to do so by law.

Miscellaneous

Cards by Joanne can not be held responsible for orders that can not be completed if all the information required is not sent to us by the agreed deadlines.
